What I usually eat

On the week, I usually drink some coffee in the morning but I don’t put any sugar in it. Also, I have some chilaquiles or fruit like a banana or an apple. .



For lunch, I eat different every day. But, I try to eat some vegetables like broccoli, carrots and peppers. And of course, I cook generally with tomatoes, chillies and onions.


Also, I usually eat some pasta, rice or soup in my meals.


I don’t eat a lot of meat. But when I do it’s usually chicken or tuna. And pork in tacos.

At night, I drink coffee with milk and eat something “light” like yogurt with cereal or if I have some cravings, sometimes I eat bread. 


On the weekends my food habits change a little. Sometimes I eat sushi, pizza, a sandwich or maybe a hamburger. I drink more sweet drinks like a soda or I eat  not so healthy food like chocolate, chips or wings.
